The happiest place to be!
Upstairs: primary with king; bedroom with full; and twin trundle in living; fully equipped kitchen; bath with shower tub combo. Downstairs: open space with king, queen, full and seating around TV; full bath with shower, washer and dryer. Upper and lower levels have separate doors accessed by outdoor stairs .
Outdoors: screened porch and deck overlooking river, grill, pier with fishing lights and cleaning station.
*Elevator and boat lift not available to guests.

The home is located at 43 PR 670; Matagorda, Texas. An alternate address is 43 St. Mary's Slough Drive; Matagorda, Texas.
GPS will occasionally drop at a different location so check the picture of the house. Turn off Beach Road (the main road) right after the tall grass. The home has stone around the bottom, a metal roof, wood shutters and several large palm trees. The driveway is to the right of a large palm.
To enter the main floor:
There are staircases on either side of the home. The staircase on the RIGHT will take you to the front door. Go up the stairs and through the screen door. About halfway down the screened porch is the main door. There is a smart lock on the door. Your code will open both this door and the downstairs door.
To enter the ground floor area:
The door is in the open area under the house. There is a smart lock on the door. Your code will open both this door and the upstairs door to the main living space.
